  • Move-in funding is issued to the landlord/property manager upon approval and availability

🌸 Moneisha’s Pearls Program

To qualify for enrollment in the Moneisha’s Pearls Program, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  1. ✅ Currently experiencing homelessness
    (This includes living in shelters, motels, temporarily with others, or unsheltered situations)

  2. ✅ Between the ages of 14 and 25 years old

  3. ✅ Employed or actively seeking employment
    (Proof of current employment or participation in a job readiness, job search, or workforce program may be required for ages 16 - 25)

👟 Justin Cole Iniative Program 

To qualify for the Justin Cole Program, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

  1. ✅ Currently experiencing homelessness
    (Including individuals living in shelters, motels, cars, outdoors, or temporarily housed with others)

  2. ✅ Between the ages of 14 and 30 years old

  3. ✅ Employed or actively seeking employment
    (Verification may include a job, job training, or active job search participation for ages 16 -30)

  4. ✅ Have a criminal background
    (The program supports justice-involved individuals in rebuilding their lives through employment, housing, and personal growth)
